Monday night at our Mercer Café, we welcomed guests for An ‘Evening of Baking with Leslie & Lucien’ led by our founder Leslie Mackie and joined by Lucien Postlewaite, one of longtime principal dancers, it was a special evening of baking, stories, laughter, and great food as he prepares for his final performances before retirement.
Together, guests made a Basque Cheesecake with Buckwheat Honey and a Strawberry Rhubarb Galette, two rustic classics that perfectly celebrate the season 🍓✨
Lucien and Macrina’s connection goes back to 2023, when our baking team partnered with him for PNB’s Spring Spark and created the award-winning Best Dessert 🏆
