enjoyed a beautiful drink with us lately? let us introduce you to the man behind the cocktails you love. kevin has been part of sabine for almost five years now, and we’re so lucky to have him on our team!

when he’s not behind the bar, you might find him snowboarding or learning to sew his own clothes. around ballard, he loves frequenting russell’s for their chill vibe and solid mezcal selection.

his current favorite on our cocktail menu is the ocaso—earthy, bright, a little funky, and drinks like a daiquiri with twang (plus it's gorgeous 😍). and while our house cocktails are something we’re proud of, kevin wants you to know you’re always welcome to order the classics too…martinis, daiquiris, sazeracs—we’ll make them proper✨
