To our Le Reve family and friends,

I have some important news to share with all of you.

After 10 years of serving the greater Queen Anne community through Le Reve Bakery, it is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement. I have had a great run! I owe much of our success to all of you! I also have to give credit to my incredible staff who have been so wonderful and dependable over the years. I couldn’t have done it without them. The great news is the Le Reve staff will continue in the bakery and keep baking the same delicious pastries that you've all enjoyed over the past decade!

Come in and meet the new owners of Le Reve Bakery - Oliver and Sam from Olympia Coffee Roasting Co! I’ve worked with them personally as a vendor ever since we opened the bakery and they are committed to keeping the Le Reve standard. I am confident that they will take great care of Le Reve Bakery, the staff, and all of you wonderful customers.

Thank you to good friends and neighbors for supporting Le Reve Bakery during this temporary shutdown of our dine-in service. We are still offering our breakfast and lunch menu and great pastries for take-out. Grateful for your business! Please stay safe and healthy!

Thank you to those who stopped in today at Le Reve Bakery to pick up dessert, pastry and coffee! For faster service, please call your order in ahead of time (206)623-7383. We’ve also had requests for salads and sandwiches so we will continue to provide those products as well. If you would prefer to have it delivered, we are currently delivering through Postmates and GrubHub! Again, we appreciate your business and please keep it coming! Our new hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm.

It is with a heavy heart that as of Monday, 3/16/20 (8:00am-4:00pm) Le Reve Bakery will be temporarily discontinuing our regular dine-in service due to Governor Inslee’s emergency declaration to close down bars, restaurants and places of entertainment until March 31st. To show our appreciation to our loyal customers, we would like to give 10% off all purchases for this Monday.

The health and well-being of our customers and employees are our top priority! This is Le Reve’s tenth year of serving the Queen Anne community and we would like to continue to do so by keeping our doors open for take-out for coffee and pastries only. Although it would be much easier to simply close down the bakery, it is very important to me as a Queen Anne resident and business owner that we are able to maintain the business for our friends and neighbors in the QA community.

Our new business hours starting 3/17, will be Monday-Sunday from 9:00am-3:00pm daily or when all of the pastries sell out! We appreciate your patience and continued support during these uncertain times! Wishing all of you and your families good health!

Due to the recent decline in customer traffic due to COVID-19, we are changing our closing time to 4:00pm instead of 5:00pm. Our new store hours will be 7:00am - 4:00pm daily Mon-Sun.

In observance of the holiday, we will be closed on Christmas Day to allow our staff to be with their families! We wish you and your loved ones a Happy Holiday and a wonderful New Year! We will resume our normal business on Thursday, 12/26 from 7am-5pm. As always, we thank you for your business!

Le Reve Bakery, a very popular neighborhood French style bakery is looking for an experienced Full-time or Part-time Barista. All applicants must have prior experience working with a semi-automatic espresso machine and coffee grinder and some knowledge in cleaning and calibrating the equipment as well. Latte art skills would also be preferable. We are looking for someone that not only loves to work with coffee but also enjoys working with people. Must be available to work weekends. If you have the necessary qualifications and have a positive and outgoing personality please send us your resume and we'd love to schedule an interview.
