Hey everyone!!
I know it's been a while but thank you for all the new likes, follows and interest!! I hope to be back in business when the time is right. 🤞🤞
In the meantime; salvaging the website (hard drive crashes are the worst 😖), tweaking some recipes, packaging, ingredient sourcing and physically rehabbing an injuring I sustained during my trip to Africa.

Thank you again and don't forget to get outside and say --- YEAH! COOKIE!

Yeah! Alex Yeah!

And because it's a special week... 2 Yeah!Cookie Riders of the Week! Our other winner is Alex Luschen!

Alex fell in love with biking at a young age and found huge success racing mountain bikes as a junior. A few years ago, she came out of "retirement" and returned to racing mountain bikes while adding in a lot of cyclocross and a little road racing. You can find her tearing it up in the singlespeed races at home and around the country. What do we love most about Alex? Her passion to share bike racing with others. She brings new women to the dirt, she organizes her own informal practices, she hosts fun rides, and she has been an instrumental volunteer for WAWCX. We couldn't do it without you, Alex!

Yeah! Amanda!

Hello... Friday! Time again to announce the Yeah!Cookie Rider of the Week.

Congratulations to Amanda McNabb of Team Group Health!

Amanda: racer, cycling advocate, and veterinarian. This kick-ass woman *loves* cyclocross!!!

Whether on or off the bike, Amanda goes out of her way to connect with and support the CX community. According to her Team Group Health teammates, “she seems to know everything about everyone on the team” and helps inspire and organize the dirt team outreach for TGH.

Amanda has raced in the U.S. National CX Championships several times and competed at the UCI Master World CX Championships in Kentucky in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Amanda has raced in multiple U.S. National Road Cycling championship events with Team Group Health.

Amanda is one of the founding board members of WAWCX. In fact, she was the first to volunteer and was a key part of organizing the Expo at the 2013 WAWCX CX Festival and Women Celebration Race. She is so dedicated to CX that she will work an all-night shift as an emergency medicine veterinarian, race, spectate cross during the day and then return to work *another* all-night shift.

When not on her bike or working, Amanda volunteers her time and expertise around the world to help communities and animals in need.
