🍳 Both start with pain de mie, jambon, béchamel, and Gruyère. But Madame takes it one step further with a fried egg on top (très chic, if you ask us).

Pair either one with a crisp white or a bold red. Both are correct, both are delicious. The only wrong answer is skipping them entirely 🍷✨
