Lauren and Jack’s spring wedding cake was iced in the most beautiful shade of ivory by Satin Ice Their initials and the decorative trims were painted in champagne shimmer, while the sugar flowers were kept in a palette of soft pastels.
And, of course, our favorite blossom made an appearance - the delicate light blue Tweedia. 💙

When designing the cake for Fiona and Neil’s recent wedding, we took inspiration from the ornate, Versailles-inspired Beaux-Arts interiors of the Grand Salon at JW Marriott Essex House New York Essex House Weddings
Amidst the gilded opulence, the cake itself glistened in a satiny pearl finish, echoing the elegance and grandeur of its surroundings.

Alexandra and Wyatt’s wedding cake was composed of five stacked tiers, masquerading as four.
The middle two tiers were combined into one exceptionally tall tier, creating ample space to showcase their monogram and giving the cake its distinctive proportions.

It’s not every day that we get to ice a cake in RED, which happens to be my favorite color. ❤️

Thank you, Yuchen and Thor, for choosing it as a declaration of their love and a celebration of the bride’s heritage.
The middle two tiers were doubled in height to accommodate a shimmering gold “Double Happiness” - a beautiful symbol of joy and good fortune.

A favorite with visitors to our showroom, this minimalist cake was conceived and executed by our confectionery artist Cassie Byrne. The base two tiers serve 50 guests, while the top tier is our gift to the couple for their first anniversary.
Scroll to see our inspiration: a simple bouquet of three long-stemmed white calla lilies wrapped in a satin ribbon.
