Noel and Samuel embraced a striking contrast for their wedding cake. Pristine white tiers, draped in shimmering icing fabric, provided an elegant backdrop for hand-sculpted burgundy cymbidium orchids and calla lilies.

Six months ago, we met Meredith and Alex to design their wedding cake, inspired by a remarkable family heirloom.

The bride entrusted us with a swatch of her bridal gown, a dress she would wear just as her mother had, and her grandmother before her.
Until the wedding, we kept the luminous fabric under lock and key, safeguarding a treasure dating back to 1957.

When the reception concluded this past Saturday, we returned the swatch of Candlelight Shimmer silk, adorned with Alençon lace. The family intends to preserve the gown for the next generation.

Amanda and Daniel’s happiness upon seeing their wedding cake was a beautiful moment to witness.

The couple celebrated their wedding yesterday evening in the 36th-floor ballroom of Mandarin Oriental, New York, with a view as extraordinary as the occasion.

Simple elegance leaves no room for imperfection. Every detail matters when the beauty lies in the purity of the design.

For Donald and George’s wedding, we dressed their pure-white tiers in a spiraling cascade of shimmering icing, creating the delicate illusion of sculpted fabric.

Anna and Will waited six years to celebrate the wedding reception they had always imagined.

Originally planned for 2020, the pandemic changed everything. At the time, we created a small cake just for the couple, knowing that one day we would have the opportunity to create the celebration cake their wedding deserved.

Six years later, that day finally arrived.

Thank you to photographer Abbey Regnier for capturing the gorgeous Olivia and Thomas with their wedding cake.
