The Protein Bakery The ORIGINAL creators of higher protein, all natural, fresh baked cookies, brownies & blondies! KOF-K Kosher & no gluten, baked everyday in small batches.

Since 1999, shipping super yummy protein packed & satisfying snacks all over the planet! Since 1999 we at The Protein Bakery have been creating delicious, healthy products that make your body's engine work better while satisfying your sweet tooth! From the beginning our idea has been simple - use the highest quality, natural ingredients, & bake them to perfection. We NEVER add any preservatives or artificial flavors or chemicals, & as our name suggests - we use the purest protein concentrates available. Each cookie, brownie, blondie or mini has more protein per serving than most snacks available on the market. This nutritional balance promotes guitless munching & won't spike your blood sugar. All our recipes are gluten-free, trans fat-free, KOF-K diary Kosher & wheat flour-free! We produce all our baked goods in small batches, which ensures they're always sent to you fresh - all over the world!

Today we’re thinking about Chip City 🤍

Running a bakery in New York is a labor of love. The rent, the hours, the competition: it’s a lot, and not every story gets the ending it deserves. Chip City brought a lot of joy to this city, and that counts for something.

To their bakers and staff: you made people happy every single day.

To our community: thank you for keeping places like ours open. Go hug your neighborhood bakery this week. ❤️

It's happening. 🎃 Pumpkin season just landed at The Protein Bakery with two new drops: Pumpkin Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies and Pumpkin Walnut Blondies. Warm spice, toasted walnut, and the protein you actually came here for.

Why shirtless? 😚

First of all, it got a lot more traction than everything else I tried. But also, it reminds me: I'm the one who lost 82 pounds by doing the work, because I still have a sweet tooth. I started The Protein Bakery with that focus and drive, I've kept the weight off, and I've kept the bakery alive for 27+ years. Enjoy!
