I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every person who stopped by the microbakery this weekend, shared my posts, liked, commented, told a friend, or supported my little business in any way. Your support truly means the world to me, and I am so grateful for this amazing community that continues to support Mae’s Cottage Bakery.

For everyone who couldn’t make it this past Friday due to work, school, or family commitments, I have exciting news! This week the microbakery will be OPEN on Saturday, June 20th from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM!

Located just 4 miles from the Troy Farmers Market, it’s the perfect stop to pick up your favorite gluten-free staples and treats for yourself, your family, and your friends.

This Saturday’s menu will be posted soon and will include all your favorite bakery items PLUS some exciting new additions, including:
Gluten-Free Dot Cakes (the social media famous treat!)
A special Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookie created just for Father’s Day weekend!

Tomorrow is opening day!

Mae’s Cottage Bakery Microbakery will be open Friday from 10 AM–6 PM with a fresh selection of gluten-free baked goods available first come, first served.

Available tomorrow:
• 5 Artisan Bread Loaves
• 10 Large Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting
• 4 (10 oz.) bags of Chocolate Chip Biscotti
• 3 Boxes of 4 Blueberry Scones
• 4 Half-Dozen Boxes of Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
• 8 Individually Packaged Pistachio Butter Stuffed Cookies
• Individually Packaged M&M Cookies
• Funfetti Sprinkle Cookies available individually wrapped and in half-dozen boxes

I am beyond excited to officially announce the soft opening of Mae’s Cottage Bakery Micro Bakery Stand this Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM!

281 Grange Road, Troy, NY
(Just off Hoosick Street!)

Look for the sign with my bakery logo at the top of the driveway so you’ll know you’re in the right place.

If you’ve been looking for a place to stock up on fresh, homemade 100% gluten-free baked goods for the week, this is it!

I’ll have a selection of bakery favorites available on a first come, first serve basis, including:

BIG NEWS!

After lots of planning and hard work, I am so excited to announce that my self-serve bakery stand will officially be opening on June 12th at the bottom of my driveway!

As many of you know, my bakery is 100% gluten-free, and my goal with this stand is to provide gluten-free families with the weekly staples and treats they love—available on a first-come, first-served basis every weekend.

To start, you’ll find items such as:
🤍 Fresh artisan bread
🤍 Half-dozen boxes of my popular Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
🤍 Assorted boxes full of Funfetti Sprinkle, Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies and M&M Cookies
🤍 Individually packaged specialty cookies with new and seasonal flavors
🤍 Scones
🤍 Bags of biscotti
🤍 Packages of cinnamon rolls

And that’s just the beginning! If the stand continues to grow, I can’t wait to add even more fun bakery items and weekly specials for everyone to enjoy.

*Conveniently located right off Hoosick Street in Troy, only about 4 miles from the Troy Farmers Market. Stop by and grab your gluten-free staples before heading to the market for the rest of your shopping!

This year, I’m offering a curated Mother’s Day box — a little mix of everything to make it easy and extra sweet.

Before I jump in — a quick note about ordering:
Orders must be placed by [insert date], and payment is required ahead of time to secure your order (unless you’re a regular customer). Thank you so much for supporting these small batch bakes.

Ordering Details:
• Mother’s Day Box (4 items) — $25
• Pickup: Saturday 05/09
• Time: 1-6:30 pm
• Location: Troy (shared after ordering)
