Today was a day that humbled me! It also proves that I am only human! My cinnamon bagels ended up in the trash, English muffins… well you already heard, and my cookies are not my typical fluffy cookies. Taste good, but they don’t look the same, and I hate it! Weather? Butter? Maybe I’m just having an off day!? If you’ve read this far, my breads will be discounted tomorrow, I’ll have samples of my english muffins, and my cookies will be marked down to $5. This week only. I’ll be taking next weekend off because my son and his partner are coming to visit. The last few times, they’ve had to stand in the kitchen while I work. Pre orders are always open for the week!! My bake shop link is pinned to the top of the page! Thank you all so much for continuing to show up, for allowing me to bake for your families!! I wasn’t watching my dough, like I should have been! My English muffins deflated but they still taste amazing!! Going to give them as FREE samples tomorrow. The pictures below show what they SHOULD have looked like, and what you can expect in the future. Thanks for understanding!!!

Today did not go as planned, I’ll have limited offerings tomorrow but here’s the line up. Sourdough Focaccia: garlic and herb, pepperoni and mozzarella and pepperoni, mozzarella, banana peppers for the one who like it spicy!
Cookies: Sourdough Dark Chocolate Chip, sourdough dark chocolate chip with caramel and oatmeal cream pies
Cinnamon Rolls (frosting on the side, in the cooler)
