This cake was so much fun to create for my Dessert Styling lab here in Florence! I had full creative control and I love how it turned out- simple and elegant with the pops of color!

I had the pleasure of working with some very talented chefs who I learned so much from. FUA has an incredible pastry program and I am so thankful for this experience!!
