Gluten free lemon elderflower cake, filled with lemon curd and Chantilly cream, finished with an elderflower buttercream.

It's fall, and my absolute favorite time of year for baking. These spiced pumpkin oatmeal cream pies with chai buttercream filling are a perfect treat for a cool, windy fall day. They are about the size of a whoopie pie and just so so delicious.
