Time for a new special!

The Tiara-may-su (sorry) is an espresso cookie dough with flecks of chocolate throughout, stuffed with a mascarpone filling and topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. 😋

Actually 4x as long, in this case, because I forgot granulated sugar in the batch I made while filming this 🤦🏻‍♀️

But for real… this social media thing can be hard.
