Anddd we’re back! The website is now open for custom orders from cupcakes, cakes and cookies! The cookies now have options to have them as cookie dough so you can bake at home. The cupcakes also have an option to get them in cake jars that are perfect for freezing and enjoying at your leisure. And of course our classic custom cakes! Dear InKETOble Community,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closing of The InKETOble Cafe. After almost three incredible years of serving you the best low-carb, gluten-free, and sugar-free treats in NYC, I have made the difficult decision to close our doors.

This journey has been nothing short of amazing, and I are deeply grateful for the support, love, and loyalty yall have shown. From the regulars and day 1’s who’ve been there since the farmers market days, who made us part of their daily routine to the new faces who discovered us along the way, each of you has made The InKETOble Cafe a special place.

While this chapter is coming to an end, the spirit of The InKETOble Cafe will live on in the memories we’ve created together and in the commitment to health and wellness that we all share.

I am excited about what the future holds and am looking forward to new adventures.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I hope to see you all soon in our future endeavors. Our final day will be Saturday September 28th. As I transition to my next chapter please make sure to always check our hours on google maps. Our tentative schedule will now be Tuesday - Thursday Noon -7pm Friday and Saturday Noon - 5pm.

Hello All! As you may know The InKETOble! Cafe has been a self funded venture for the last 3 years. And while I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish being the first and only low carb, gluten and sugar free bakery and eatery - in order to stay competitive in NYC's small business landscape we need your help.

We are thrilled to announce that The InKETOble! Cafe is taking a big step forward in our journey to bring you the best low-carb, gluten-free, and sugar-free options in NYC! We're moving to a new location to better serve you, but we need your help to make it happen.

Our main challenge is our visibility and I strongly believe moving operations to a street location and turning our pick up only operation to a sit down cafe, and investing in the proper marketing , we will be able to grow the business to new heights.
