Three years ago I was HAND mixing 46 loaves of bread in my home kitchen!! It’s amazing what you can do when you don’t know any better. Although I carried 2500 lbs of flour into the bakery and stacked it today so maybe I never learn

This Saturday I will be at my first farmer’s market!!! I will be bringing sourdough and chocolate sourdough bread as well as jam and some goodies from the garden to the Tractor Supply in Middletown NJ from 9-2. If you missed this weeks preorder menu you still have a chance at bread so come see me!

Look at the new fun things I got from ! I can’t wait to get started testing things out with some new flours. I haven’t worked with einkorn or spelt before and that multigrain flour sounds very interesting! Do you have ideas for what I should try first?

Local business shoutout to ! Jen has been a customer of ours for a while and finally convinced me to come in for the infrared and red light sauna to try to help me heal all of my many injuries! I didn’t know what to expect but now I am addicted! The place is beautiful and super clean with suites so you have the sauna and shower all to yourself. The peace and quiet is also a little addicting when you have a business and kids! They are running a special for Mother’s Day for a $20 intro session so you can try it out, use mom20! Highly recommend and tell them we sent you.
