✨ Welcome to The HV Bake Club ✨

A place where baking meets community 🤍

The HV Bake Club is a monthly baking club based in the Hudson Valley where we gather once a month around a fun themed bake to share homemade creations, meet new people, and explore local businesses together.

Whether you’re an experienced baker or someone who simply loves spending time in the kitchen, this club is open to everyone. The goal is simple: create a safe and welcoming space where creativity, connection, and community come together through baking.

Each ticketed meetup will include:
🧁 A themed baking exchange experience
📦 A curated box filled with everyone’s baked goodies
☕ A drink/beverage from the local establishment we’re visiting

Throughout the year, we’ll be supporting and exploring amazing local spots across the Hudson Valley, including coffee shops, breweries, wineries, and more.

For brewery events, there will also be an experience-only ticket option available for those who choose not to drink because everyone is welcome here 🤍

Hi! I’m Karina, founder of The HV Bake Club 👋🏼 Baking has always been one of my favorite ways to connect with others, and I wanted to create something that brings people together in a meaningful, creative, and fun way. My hope is that this club becomes a space where friendships are formed, creativity is nurtured, and homemade treats are shared with joy.

I can’t wait to bake, connect, and create memories with all of you ✨

I usually get my cupcake liners from Walmart or Hobby Lobby, but I recently tried these from Amazon and I’ve really been impressed. They have a subtle honeycomb texture (it’s not very visible, but you can feel it), and I’ve noticed they help the cupcakes bake more evenly. The liners old up really well too—no peeling after baking, which I love. Overall, they’ve been a great find for my baking process.

We understand everyone has different budgets — truly, no judgment, no shame, ever.

BUT if a small business takes the time to respond to your inquiry or send a quote… please acknowledge them 🥲

Even a simple “thank you, but it’s not in my budget” goes a long way.

Ghosting = confusion
Honesty = peace ✨

And if this is your first time ordering custom work, welcome 🤍 it can feel overwhelming!

Here are some things you can say after receiving a quote: • “Thank you so much, it’s a little out of my budget right now.” • “I appreciate the quote, I’ll have to pass for now.” • “I’m going to think about it and get back to you.”

Small business owners understand budgets more than you think. You never have to ghost us. We understand ✨

That’s it. Simple. Kind. Respectful.

No, but for real… every color you see here is a separate batch of icing, mixed by hand, color matched, bagged, and detailed one by one. And that’s before the outlining, flooding, layering, drying time, and tiny details that bring each character to life ✨
Character cookies aren’t just cookies — they’re edible art, time, patience, and a whole lot of piping bags 😂💖
