Such a huge THANK YOU to Historic White Oak Farm for hosting a Beginner's Sourdough Class. Their venue is drop dead gorgeous and you should follow along to see all they do. We had such a wonderful evening!

It was so fun baking with this group!

Pumpkin Spice, Parmesan Black Pepper, and Original loaves were the flavors for the bread boards plus Historic White Oak Farm had local raw honey and jam. A great spread!

I AM NOT BEING DRAMATIC WHEN I SAY I ALMOST CRIED OVER A LOAF OF BREAD. 😭🍞

So, I'm OBSESSED with this black pepper parmesan bread I get at West Side Market in Cleveland. Like, think about it way too often, dream about it, would probably fight someone over the last slice kind of obsessed. 😂

I've been on a mission to find something similar in Cincinnati with absolutely ZERO luck. Fast forward to last week when I was at The Wellness Lounge, and I randomly asked if Sustain Baked Goods ever takes requests. They said they'd ask and put in a good word for me. 🥹

AND GUYS. SHE JUST DROPPED OFF A LOAF FOR ME. 😭💚

I just tried it, and OH. MY. GOD. It's SO GOOD. The pepper, the parmesan, that perfect bread texture. I swear I almost cried after the first bite. 😂

BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER. 👀 There is currently ANOTHER loaf for sale at Wellness Lounge if you want to get your hands on some! AND she told me she's officially adding it to her rotation AND her website. SO THIS IS NOT A DRILL. WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE GOOD BREAD. 🚨🍞

The fact that I made a random bread request and it turned into this is just the kind of wholesome, small-business magic I live for. 🥹

Sustain Baked Goods, I love you. You've made my entire week (and possibly ruined all other bread for me forever). 💚😭🍞
