A home based cookie company located in River Plaza, Middletown, NJ Silly Goose Cookie Company is a home bakery. We are NOT a gluten free or nut free kitchen.

All products are produced in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens. Common food allergens that may be found in the kitchen include: eggs, dairy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.

Happy 4th birthday Silly Goose! 🎉

Even though I’ve been taking a hiatus from baking while living the lunch lady life, I want you all to know that I miss Silly Goose SO MUCH!

Italian Rainbow - a soft almond cookie stuffed with seedless raspberry jam and Italian rainbow cookie pieces, topped with semi-sweet chocolate stripes and a rainbow cookie piece

Chocolate Chip with M&M's - a classic Silly Goose chocolate chip cookie upgraded with milk chocolate M&M's

After this cookie menu, I'll be taking on a role with a school district while continuing to run Silly Goose part-time. My cookies aren't going anywhere - just becoming a little more exclusive. Menus may be less frequent, but the quality, love and flavor you know will stay exactly the same. Thank you endlessly for supporting this dream, cheering me on through every bake and sticking with me as things evolve. Let's get ready to ruuuuuuuumble! Battle of the chocolate chip cookies round 3 is here! Each box comes with 5 cookies, each individually wrapped and labeled, and scorecards.

🍪 Levain Copycat - baked at a high temp for minimal spread and loaded with milk chocolate chips

🍪 Silly Goose - the classic with semi-sweet chocolate chips

🍪 Bon Appétit - made with brown butter and chopped semi-sweet and dark chocolate

🍪 Alton Brown "The Chewy" - made with bread flour for extra chew and loaded up with semi-sweet chocolate chips

🍪 Sarah Kieffer Pan-Banging - thin and crispy made popular by the method of banging the pan down several times during the bake to achieve the rippled effect and leaves with chopped semi-sweet chocolate chunks

QUICK BREAD WEEK!

After cookies, quick breads are my favorite thing to bake. Are they breakfast, a snack or dessert? The answer is YES.

Pumpkin Bread - lightly spiced to allow the pumpkin flavor to shine through, this soft and fluffy bread is topped with a generous amount of cinnamon sugar for a sweet crunch

Zucchini Bread - made with warm spices, brown sugar and freshly grated organic zucchini this quick bread is topped with a crunchy turbinado sugar

Banana Bread - your choice of plain or with chocolate chips, this quick bread is made with plenty of fresh bananas and greek yogurt resulting in a perfectly moist loaf
