Mayor Marchand stopped by today to commemorate our 5 year anniversary with a plaque. This was such a special and touching sentiment especially since the mayor was busy this weekend with and 150 year celebrations this month.

It’s stuff like this that makes us keep doing what we’re doing. Thank you John Marchand and the City of Livermore and all its residents. We hope to see you tomorrow for Sourdough Sunday - 50 free loaves of bread to the first 50 customers!

Spirit Week starts Wednesday, we hope to see you at one of the many events happening at the bakery or maybe at all of them! We know some of you regulars be crazy like that (and we love it).

Next week we are celebrating 5 years in Downtown Livermore. June 10th is the exact date we opened our doors to the public for the first time. Coinciding with Pride Month and our anniversary it feels natural that the first day of Spirit Week will be Pride Themed. All of these themes represent what makes Livermore a great place to work and live. Pride/Industry/Community/Heritage/Roots

5 years is a lifetime in the restaurant industry these days and we’re so grateful to have made it this far. We hope to keep serving this community another 5 years if we are so lucky to. Keep supporting small and put your money towards local businesses to keep them around. You never know what a business could be going through despite whether they seem busy or not there are so many variables up against us these days. Regular support from the community is the only constant.

We will of course be doing many menu specials next week so be on the look out in our stories for what we’re baking up and when!

It’s been 1 year since we renovated and opened for dinner! We shut down the main dining space, tore it apart and rebuilt it in just 6 weeks all while doing take-out next door. It was hard and we learned a TON but we’re still here to tell the story and that matters.

If you can dream it, you can do it - just make sure you have a god team behind you 💓
