🥮✨ 300+ mooncakes completed over the weekend!

As the orders keep increasing, we decided to rent a commercial kitchen so we can keep up with all the mooncake orders and bake more efficiently. ❤️

In my little home kitchen, I could only bake about 12 mooncakes at a time because of the lava fillings. Each batch takes time, and there are so many steps involved from preparing the fillings, wrapping, shaping, and baking.

Now with a little more space and a proper kitchen, we can finally make more at a time! It was definitely a busy weekend, but seeing all those mooncakes lined up and knowing they’re going to so many families makes all the hard work worth it. 🥰
