APPLE STRUDEL
We make these every year for our family’s Oktoberfest and they’re always a hit! 🍻

Fresh juicy, sliced apples are autumn spiced and enveloped in a flaky pastry crust. 🍎🍏

You can customize it by requesting the addition of raisins and/or chopped nuts. 🌰 Be sure to choose if you’d like yours finished with a dusting of powder sugar or drizzled with vanilla icing.

Each strudel is about 12” long and is lovely accompanied with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. 🍨

It’s hard to move on from summer while we still have warm sunny days. 🌞
To make this transition easier we have CHOCOLATE S’MORES COOKIES!

These chunky, fudgy cookies are packed with semisweet chocolate chips, honey graham cracker crumbs & chunks mixed in. Each dough ball conseals a sweet, gooey marshmallow chunk baked inside. Warm from the oven they are topped with Hershey bar and graham cracker pieces. 🍫

This month’s Seasonal Scone flavor:
S’MORES

Classic buttery scone batter with graham cracker crumbs, semisweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows mixed in. 🧈

The marshmallows melt leaving small pockets of sweet gooeyness throughout. We finish them with drizzled white & dark chocolate. 🥐🍫

Slightly warmed in the microwave, enjoy their satisfying s’mores flavor with your morning coffee. ☕️

What a joy to get a visit from sweet Hilo & his Dad Doug! I was quite honored to create these Hilo inspired cookies to celebrate his milestone birthday. 🐾🐕‍🦺🎉

They are sugar cookies decorated with a layer of rolled buttercream and royal icing accents. His sparkly bow tie is molded candy with edible glitter.

I have a renewed deep admiration for all you dedicated sugar cookie decorators! LOL

LEMON OOEY GOOEY BUTTER CAKE

Our citrusy variation to that iconic Saint Louis dessert. Resulting in a heavenly bar treat that’s a combination of a lemon square & rich butter cake. 🧈

We start with a lemon juice infused buttery cake base, that gets layered with a gooey lemon zest infused creamy mixture. 🍋 Finally, its baked, glossy golden crust is lightly dusted with snowy powdered sugar.

Comes in an 8” square tray. We recommend chilling them a bit for easier cutting.

HONEYCOMB CANDY 🐝
Light, airy, golden candy that’s full of tiny holes, resembling honeycomb without any actual honey in it.

This sweet, has a delicate delicious crunch with caramel undertones. Ours can be ordered plain or topped with chocolate and seasonal sprinkles.
