Shaping last week’s Bread by T orders one loaf at a time. Somehow an entire night of work looks very reasonable when you speed it up into 60 seconds.

A little something outside of my usual bread baking 🤍

Mini cheesecakes made completely from scratch for a bridal shower a friend hosted — topped with homemade berry compote, mascarpone whipped cream, fresh berries, edible flowers, and just a touch of gold.

One of my favorite things about baking is getting to create something specifically for the occasion, and these were way too pretty not to earn a permanent spot on the feed.

Something new is growing at Bread by T 🌱

I’m really excited to introduce a new section of the Bread by T shop: From Our Local Partners.

The idea is simple — make it easier to support more of the people growing and making good things right here in our community, all while placing your regular Bread by T order.

First up: locally grown LIVE broccoli microgreens!

Add them to sandwiches, eggs, salads, avocado toast, bowls… or whatever you’re already making at home.

This is something I’ve wanted to start building into Bread by T for a while, and I’m excited to see where it goes.

Pre-orders are open now for Friday pickup, and this week only I’m keeping ordering open through Wednesday morning.

Farmstand Friday at Bread by T 🤎🌻

You asked for longer hours, so we’re doing it! The farmstand is open TODAY from 9 AM–7 PM with fresh-baked favorites, pantry staples, flowers, herbs, and a few special additions.

This week you’ll find organic artisan sourdough, rosemary sea salt focaccia, banana muffins, and fresh-baked cookies — including NEW Lavender Lemon Sugar 🍋💜

And Lee Crisp Farms is joining us again with beautiful edible marigold plants, ready for potting and perfect for adding a little color (and something edible!) to your garden. 🌼

Orders are officially OPEN for this week’s bake! 🤍

This week’s menu has a few returning favorites, but I’m especially excited about two brand new cookies making their 4-pack debut:

🍪 White Chocolate Pistachio Brown Butter — rich browned butter dough loaded with roasted pistachios and creamy white chocolate.

🍋 Lavender Lemon Sugar — soft, buttery sugar cookies with fresh lemon zest and just a hint of culinary lavender for a bright, floral finish.

Along with fresh sourdough, focaccia, muffins, pantry items, and more, there’s a little something for everyone this week.

Orders are open now through Tuesday at 10 PM for Friday pickup.
