The one that truly started it all. 💜

I started CiCi's Kitchen smack dab in the middle of the Covid shutdowns. Never would I have ever thought it would take off, especially at such a crazy time in our world!

Also, in the beginning of what became the Cocoa Bomb Frenzy, I was drowning in a sea of chocolate, working 16+ hours a day, taking orders from people even hours away! It was several months before I could even start offering cakes.
I'm so grateful for that time though, as exhausted as I was and as much ptsd it created (cocoa bomb makers, you know!! 🤣).

Here we are 4 years later, and I am so thankful for my customers and the community I get to offer my creations to.

I'm thinking of maybe taking orders for the first half of the week for pickup on Friday or early Saturday? Haven't decided on the specifics quite yet.

I plan to have an ongoing, set amount, of maybe 6 or 7 different gourmet flavors, with an additional 1 or 2 special flavors each week (or month.... or season?). Still tossing lots of ideas around in my overly-stuffed head. 🤪

PLEASE, please, please let me know some flavor combos you'd like to see added?
It might just be one that I've already chosen! 😊

Covered in black buttercream, using black cocoa as a base to achieve a true black. It truly is the best way to avoid the use of so much food coloring and risking the integrity of a great tasting cake!

And that 24k gold leaf adds such class!
