Hello lovely people! How many of you still feel like it should be July?? 🙋‍♀️ Is it just me?

Well, with this month being CiCi's Kitchen's birthday month and turning TWO (what??? 😳), new things are coming and I'm super excited about it!! Stay tuned! ❤
(Hoping this might get me on board with the whole changing of seasons too. 😊)

Also, to stop procrastinating, while holding myself up in an unsocial cocoon of sorts, I wanted to thank those of you who have given me so much patience and grace the last few months, during some huge family losses and my ability to keep my head on straight. It truly says a lot about how amazing my little community here is and I really can't thank you enough for that.

I transformed my perfect white/vanilla recipe by adding fresh lime juice & zest and then topped with a cream cheese/vanilla buttercream combo.
Added a pipette of Key Lime Rum Cream, a slice of lime, and a sprig of mint from my garden.

While I do not hold a liquor license, I can offer these perfectly summer cupcakes with the pipettes and you can add whatever you'd like to them.
