The task wasn't easy but they are truly talented and don't like to fail, so we present to you Midwest Mom's Colorado Kitchen's Chicago Style Bakery Cookies. We encourage everyone to get one in their mouth and it's guaranteed to put a smile on your face. After Diane lost her husband in February of 2022, she decided that she wanted to do something with her cooking and baking talents beyond just her family. Midwest Mom's Colorado Kitchen was formed after she brought some cakes and pastries to her daughter's home for a gathering and the women in this very town went nuts! We wanted to find a name that told you exactly what the business is and since we're a family from the Midwest, you got Midwest Mom's Colorado Kitchen. She has since earned her State Food Safety Handlers License, is insured and is a Cottage Industry in your very own Meadows in Castle Rock. Our primary purpose is to share a little bit of our traditions with the Castle Rock community and hope to help YOU celebrate your next special occasion. We make a variety of items including but not limited to:
