Sierra Schumann is a culinary graduate with an Associates degree in Baking and Pastries and won an award at her graduation for best portfolio. We now offer fresh baked sandwich bread with fresh ground wheat and fresh baked artisan bread, breakfast pastries such as muffins, scones, and sweet rolls, and custom order cakes and desserts. We wanted to be unique and ensure the best product that you can get so everything is made from scratch, no box mixes or already made products.

My first child turned 16 today. It's the day I've been dreading since she was born. 😳 She is the "C" in ART-C. This decoration is a surprise, I just had her pick 3 colors and that was it. She is an artist so, I decided to try my hand at a watercolor cake. I'm LOVING how it turned out. Lemon poppyseed cake with raspberry filling and almond icing. Dusted with gold edible glitter. I started this tradition when my oldest turned 8. For their 8th birthday they get to decorate their OWN cake. It's so fun to watch them FINALLY get to decorate a cake when they see their mom decorating cakes so often, but they can't help. Today is my son's 8th birthday and he had a vision. He had a vision and he made sure that it was EXACTLY the way he envisioned it. I sure love this kid. 3 down, 1 to go.
