BASED IN WATERFORD I have 22 years of experience as a chef working in various hotels and restaurants both at home and abroad. Charly's Cakes offers a large variety of homemade cheesecakes, birthday cakes and desserts made fresh to order for birthdays, christenings, communions, confirmations and any other events. Low calorie and diabetic options are available on request. Cheesecakes are available in full cakes (16 slices), double portions which are great for sharing and single portions all of which are decorated to a high standard. Cheese cakes flavours include:
