It seems forever ago since we had our pop-up sourdough bakery. But there’s still bread being baked.
Dave is now working at The Old Bank Dungarvan as their Executive Head Chef. Occasionally, he gets to make some bread. Yesterday he made some of these lentil & rye beauties for the dinner service. Fitting that we log on to find it’s International Bread Day today.
If you’re missing H&F bread you know where to go - the rest of the food is sublime too.

We are now accepting orders for this Friday 12th and Saturday 13th.

If you’d like fresh organic sourdough (€5) or sourdough focaccia (€4) delivered to your door, please just send us a DM!

As always, delivery is free, and only available to the Dunmore Road and surrounding areas.

If you live further afield, a collection point is available and we’re more than happy to arrange.

Slots are limited and book out quickly, so please don’t hesitate to make contact to avoid disappointment!

Hi everyone! We update our Instagram page much more regularly than Facebook, so if you can, please follow us on there.

Those of you that do follow us there will know that we’ve decided to scale things back! Going forward, we will be operating on Friday and Saturday mornings only.

We are also restricting orders to a maximum of 2 sourdough loaves per person to try and get to as many people as we can during our limited weekly run!

The traditional organic large sourdough (€5) and focaccia (€4) are available to order.

Our big oven is still for sale as unfortunately we are only a pop up micro bakery and just as we sprung up, we will have to go again! We’d love to do this permanently and full time but it’s just not viable right now, but who knows what the future holds!
