Back from Hazel mountain in The Burren after doing a gluten free baking course. Great day and wonderful place, also it is a chocolatier producing award winning from bean to bar chocolate. I o.d on the most wonderful chocolate and tasted the raw bean to roasted and then the nibs , finally the chocolate was tempered and then put into moulds wrapped and sold. Delicious and the aromas around the place, heaven personified
