New recipe adjustments cookin over here in Steamboat. Sourdough is one frustrating yet gratifying journey that keeps my brain bouncing off walls daily. Drier crumb, wetter crumb(hydration), temp. adjustments, summer weather, fall weather, rise times, gluten strength, underproof, overproof🫨🫨🫨😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫! Drives me nuts, like a round of golf I guess🏌🏻!
