We’re back OPEN today! 💜
And while you’ve been giving us ideas for lunch, we’ve been busy in the kitchen putting some of them to the test. 🥪
This is one of the first sandwiches we're playing with as we start building out lunch at Inclusions.
We're testing, tasting, tweaking—and figuring out what deserves a permanent spot on the menu.
One thing you never have to wonder about?
It will all be gluten-free.
Because finding a really good lunch shouldn't be harder just because you can't eat gluten.
We’re open today from 7 AM–4 PM, so come see us—and keep those lunch suggestions coming!

Okay, you have our attention. 👀

Yesterday we told you we're working on LUNCH at Inclusions, and now we want to get a little more specific.

When you're looking for a gluten-free lunch, what are you reaching for?

🥪 A really good sandwich
🥣 Soup + something on the side
🥗 A hearty salad
🔥 Something warm and comforting
🏃 Something you can grab and go

Or is there something you haven't been able to find gluten-free that you would LOVE to see us make?

We’ve been spending some time in the kitchen working on something we’ve wanted to do for a while:

LUNCH. 🥪

We’re still testing, tasting, tweaking and figuring out exactly what makes the cut—but this is one of the first sandwiches coming out of the kitchen.
