Meet Mike, a customer since 1993.
He comes in four to six days a week. Not seven — he was very clear about that. “Definitely not seven. Definitely not.”
He doesn’t order online, and it’s on purpose:
“I don’t order online, because I like the interaction with the employees. Your really good employees tend to stay quite a while, so you end up becoming friends. Like Josh — I see him skiing.”
“If you want to call it a family atmosphere — that’s what I’d say for your place.”
We asked what keeps him coming back after 30 years:
“The consistency of your bagels. They’re the same every single time you come in. So if you’re a regular customer, you know exactly what you’re getting.”

Thirty-plus years of walking through the same door. Thank you, Mike. And thank you to every person who’s stood behind our counter and made him want to.
