springs finals are coming! Spring finals are just around the corner, June 8 through June 13. Looking to encourage a student in your life? We will be again waiving our delivery fee and doing deliveries of cookies to campus and nearby locations through finals week. A mix of our most popular cookies, or gluten-free and vegan options are available as well.

Cookie story time - caramel s'more cookie! We are often asked how we come up with our recipes and we've created them all in house (okay, we did get one from Ruth Bader Ginsburg's husband). Some come from trying to recreate a childhood favorite or a new seasonal flavor we want to play with. And some start from mistakes!

Our caramel chocolate chunk is probably our most popular cookies. A batch a few months ago though didn't come out quite right. The caramel blended into the dough and we like it to bake up as chunks and swirls in the final cookie. We think someone (me) didn't cook the caramel up to a high enough temperature leaving it to blend into the dough.

It was still delicious so we decided to add more chocolate and a ton of marshmallows and the caramel s'more cookie was born! And turned out to be very popular so it has stuck around.

But keep your eyes out for the real deal later this summer when we bring back our housemade graham crackers and marshmallows for some real s'more treats!
