Meet the heart behind Polly’s Cakes & BakesπŸ’•βœ¨

Hi, I’m Polly but most people know me as Porscha. Born and raised in Seattle, I was brought up by my great grandmother, a strong, loving woman who not only raised me, but passed down something truly special… the art of baking. Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen with her and at church, where I learned that baking isn’t just about ingredients it’s about love, patience, and bringing people together.

Growing up, I spent countless hours baking in the church kitchen alongside my grandmother, learning recipes that were never written down only felt. Those moments shaped my passion and inspired the foundation of Polly’s Cakes & Bakes.

Today, I specialize in rich, flavorful pound cakes and creamy, indulgent cheesecakes, desserts that feel like home with every bite. But my love for baking doesn’t stop there. I enjoy creating all kinds of sweet treats, each made with intention, creativity, and a touch of soul.

It’s that time of year again, and Polly’s Cakes & Bakes is now accepting holiday orders from November 6th through December 19th!

Here’s what you need to know:
πŸ¦ƒ Thanksgiving Orders will close on November 20th.
🎁 Ordering will reopen November 29th for Christmas & holiday treats, and continue until December 19th.

🍰 All orders are first come, first serve! Once I hit my capacity for Thanksgiving or December orders, I’ll be shutting down ordering for that period so don’t wait!

🚫 No deliveries this season, all orders must be picked up. Please be deposit ready!!

I’m completely in love with this cheesecake, rich, creamy, and packed with my homemade blackberry cobbler filling. I even sat there and de-seeded every single blackberry by hand πŸ‘πŸΎ because the texture had to be perfect.
