Saturday mornings start at Farmers Market @ St Stephen's
It’s where I catch up with the farmers, see what’s just been harvested, and fill my wagon with the ingredients that will shape our menu at GRACE in the days ahead.
Since day one, at GRACE we’ve built our menu around what the landscape is offering in the moment—not the other way around. Our produce comes directly from Virginia farmers, and nearly everything else we source comes from Virginia and the landscapes that connect us.
Over the past year, these mornings have become about so much more. I get to see guests who joined us for dinner the night before, regulars who have become friends, and new faces discovering both the market and GRACE. We catch up, share stories, talk about what’s in season, and celebrate the incredible people who grow our food.
Thank you to our farmers for everything you do, and thank you to everyone who has become part of the GRACE community. Your support means more than you know.
As we come up on our one-year anniversary at the end of September, we’re looking forward to celebrating with all of you. We have something special planned, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
