June was full of wins for us at Little Red Kitchen Bake Shop and let’s continue that stretch into July. We’re in the final days of our NuMarket Campaign to help bring our first Brick and Mortar location to life.

Your contribution turns into credits that can be used when we open the shop in the fall OR if you’re not local you can use them immediately on our online shop and have them shipped anywhere in the US! Hey Brooklyn! This Sunday, May 19th we're back to in-person events! We've taken a long hiatus from events but come find us at the Fabulous 5th Avenue Fair in Park Slope from 11am-6pm. We will be set up between 7th and 8th Streets with a selection of cookies including our Gold award winning Molasses Spice; cookie pies and free dog treats for our furry friends!

Come say hi to Susan and meet our unofficial mascot Timmy (it's okay to admit you're coming by just for a little pug love). Extra bonus. . . will be offering free 15 minute intro lessons to anyone interested in music lessons this summer at our booth. We teased over the weekend in our stories with a very special project hitting our shop and it's time to spill the beans! The LRK team and I have been recipe testing and re-working these recipes since last summer and I'm super excited to launch Troop LRK Cookie Collection. This limited collection includes three beloved cookies we all know and love, and given them a unique twist that's perfect for savoring, sharing, and enjoying. And just in case the name didn't already give it away, the flavors and names of these cookies will do the trick!
✨Fat Mints| Need we say more? These chocolate sable cookies are infused with organic mint extract and then coated in rich Belgian dark chocolate, with an extra pop of mint in every bite.
✨Caramel Lovelies| Buttery shortbread, dipped and topped in luscious dark chocolate, topped again with toasted coconut and a decadent dulce chocolate and toasted coconut ganache.
✨ Come with Me's| Shortbread rounds filled with creamy maple peanut butter and covered in a luxurious shell of Belgian dark chocolate. Basically, heaven in every bite for chocolate and peanut butter enthusiasts.
