Just in time for Passover we're shipping my personal favorite Passover treat, Matzah Toffee Crunch aka Matzah Crack! Boards of matzah are covered with our house made toffee, smothered in Belgian dark chocolate and then we've added a smattering of fun toppings - dye free sprinkles, candied almonds, toasted pecans and "black and white". Order by Sunday April 2nd to arrive in time for Passover.

Happy New Year! At the end of every holiday season we love to do a recap of how many core ingredients we went through in 6 weeks - in the moment it's hard to think about how much butter, sugar and flour you use on a daily basis. This year we're sharing that data with you!

From November 14 through 12/30 the LRKBS team shipped 1,269 orders - but the real number is somewhere between 1800-2000 if we consider our bulk shipments, wholesale and local deliveries. This does not include our drop shipping partners.

We went through approximately
🍪 1,750 pounds of flour (for reference 1 ton is 2000 #)
🍭 1,000 pounds of cane sugar and about 700 pounds of brown sugar
🧈 565.5 pounds of butter
🥚270 dozen eggs, plus about a 8 or 9 pounds of liquid egg yolks.
🍪 1,536oz of molasses

and if you've read this far. . the hint is in this photo our top selling cookie in the last 6 weeks was our Molasses Spice Cookie! A first in the entire existence of our business - Chocolate Chip has always been in the #1 spot!
