Monsoon Sweets New York City's - and the country's - first and only custom cake studio that specializes in the flavors of South and Southeast Asia.

Known for memorable and unique flavor combinations that draw upon flavors from South and Southeast Asian cuisines – pistachio-cardamom rosewater, chocolate-Thai chili, mango lassi – Monsoon Sweets’ cakes and cookies have been known to make converts out of people who don't have a sweet tooth. No one else in New York City specializes in making cakes and cookies in flavors like these, and the quality is unmatched. Cakes are soft, moist, and delicate – never heavy, sticky, or dense – and buttercream frostings are made with Swiss meringue, resulting in light-as-air and silky smooth frostings. Nothing is overly sweet so that all the flavors shine through. All items are made fresh from scratch using the finest ingredients. Pick from one of many flavor combinations or work with us to dream up your own.
