Hello Tadaima friends🌸 I would like to thank all the guests who came to Tadaima last weekend, and I hope to see you again soon. And thank you for your love for Hawaii. We just made a donation. I think the important thing is that there is always someone by your side thinking about that person and that place. We live in an era where time passes by at a dizzying pace day by day, and it seems that everything is easily forgotten. Perhaps that is also necessary for survival. Hello Tadaima friends!
It is always a real pleasure to meet you all. Many of our friends have come to know Tadaima and see the various possibilities. We are truly grateful.

As we have been operating through a process of trial and error, I have decided to return to Tadaima's roots. I would like to share our thoughts on Tadaima with you here.

I hope Tadaima’s desserts are….

just one bite is all it takes
to welcome you home

When I go back to my hometown, or a nostalgic place, or even when I see a loved one’s face, I feel relieved…Everyone has a place like that. It is common in a city as big as New York City to meet many people, but also feel the loneliness of many farewells and goodbyes.
I want to create a place everyone can easily come home to and always feel welcome. That is why I started making sweets. It would make me so very happy if the desserts I make spark a nostalgic taste within you.
While sharing joy and fun with our customers, Tadaima would like to create a place of “home” through desserts.

It pains me that we can only serve a limited number of guests, but nevertheless, I would like to cherish the time I can share with Tadaima frineds who visit Tadaima and this place the most.

I have a nice washed coffee from the DRC on pour over and in retail bags at right now. Brewing on the Hario Switch using 's hybrid method that we've been tinkering with.

I like it a lot.

Today I have a fun announcement for you all🥰 This weekend, we will be participating in a pop-up event at Muji 59TH street.

We hope it will bring a little new fun to our customers, especially those who always come to Tadaima from afar. This event will be hosted by who always bring us their delicious seasonal coffee beans and will be doing events with various partners in the future. We are happy they chose us as the first of these events. We are looking forward to spending the same time with them and you😊🥰🌸
