The Baking & Cuisine trip to Denmark is in the books! The students spent 5 days in class at ZBC in Roskilde learning from a world renowned chef. They learned pastries, breads, and chocolate decorations to name a few. After class the time was spent exploring the city. A quick train ride to Sweden allowed the students to explore another country. The trip ended with a few days in Copenhagen to explore the unique cuisine offerings and sites in this major metropolis.

In April of this year we had some of our students compete in the Skills USA. Of those students, Kim Chung walked away with the silver medal and Larissa Salmeron took the gold. Larissa went on to compete in the Nationals in Atlanta and took 9th place out of 23. Congratulations to both students including their mentor Suzanne Daly for helping them achieve their victories!
