We’ve been busy in the kitchen creating a lineup of house-made seasonal drinks that highlight bright citrus, creamy coconut, and refreshing cold brew flavors with our delish coffee from . Whether you’re looking for a cool afternoon pick-me-up or a sweet summer treat, we’ve got a sip with your name on it.

🥥 Caramel Coconut Latte
A salty, umami-rich coconut caramel syrup made in-house, blended into a creamy latte with your choice of milk. Served hot or iced.

🥥🍋 Coconut Limeade
Bright, citrusy house-made limeade with the added refreshment of coconut water. Topped with our salty-sweet coconut whipped cream and toasted coconut for the ultimate summer treat.

🍋☕ Cold Brew Summer Shandy
Our smooth Nordskov cold brew meets house-made lemonade over ice for a refreshing, lightly sweet sip that’s ready to take on the summer heat.

🌈 HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! 🌈

While we celebrate Pride every day at Baked Lab, this month we’re hanging from the rafters and turning the volume all the way up, girl!

We’ve got an incredible month ahead—starting tonight as we provide desserts for Pride Month Reception at the Executive Residence. What an honor to help celebrate Wisconsin’s LGBTQ+ community and the people who make it so vibrant.

And we’re just getting started:

✨ Live on Queen at the Orpheum later this month
✨ Plenty of treats, celebrations, and community all month long

Pride is about joy, visibility, belonging, and showing up for one another. We’re proud to be part of a community that continues to create space for everyone to be exactly who they are.

Sometimes I don’t get a chance to snap a good photo of a beautiful cake—and honestly, that’s usually how I know wedding season has arrived. 💍🎂

It’s been a busy weekend filled with weddings, celebrations, and a fantastic Saturday at the shop. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us to be part of their special day and to all who stopped by to support us this weekend.

*Cupcakes must be ordered 5 days in advance!
*Cupcakes can be ordered online at thebakedlab.com whenever you’re feeling it but have to be ordered in 1/2 dozen increments of the same flavor.
