Just Bakery/ A JustDane Initiative Just Bakery is a vocational training program designed to prepare people with employment barriers to work in commercial bakeries.

Just Dane's Just Bakery Program is a vocational and employment training program specifically designed to meet the needs of men and women returning to the community after incarceration. The program is a 3 month course that provides classroom and hands on vocational training.

Congratulations JB 75!!!! We got to enjoy some very creative final projects including a Blueberry and Pastry Cream tart made with less processed sugar, a super cool invention of whole wheat cream puffs with crackle, baked falafel with toppings and whole wheat pita, and organic strawberry cheesecake cupcakes with less processed sugar. Its been quiet this week at the bakery as we prepare for JB 76 and miss the wonderful humans from JB 75. Good luck everyone-super excited to see what you do!!

You may have already seen, but... We’re excited to share that JustDane was selected for the Adams Collaborate Public Service Advertising Program through Adams Outdoor Advertising!

Thanks to this generous support, JustDane’s message is now reaching our community through billboards across the area - helping us amplify stories of hope, connection, and second chances.

The first billboard features Brenda - a former JustDane intern and volunteer who is now a valued member of our staff team. Her journey reflects what’s possible when people are met with opportunity, support, and community.
