Soon, the word spread after it was served at a synagogue event and in the fall of 2011, and we (Marc and I) must have made over 50 for the Jewish com

munity for the holidays that year. On suggestion of two CIA graduates, a page was set up. It will always be a labor of love because my heart feels good when I see people enjoy it. Credit for the name Challah on the Hudson goes to my husband, Jeremy, who insisted this sentence be added.)
