Challah on the Hudson PLEASE NOTE: Challah on the Hudson makes all challah to order. Excellent for everyday and holidays. Please call 36 to 48 hours in advance. (P.S.

Specialty filled require 48 hours. Challah on the Hudson bakes all challah to order. Challah on the Hudson offers challah by special order. Challah on the Hudson started as and still is a labor of love, begun as a request to make it from my son Marc. Soon, the word spread after it was served at a synagogue event and in the fall of 2011, and we (Marc and I) must have made over 50 for the Jewish community for the holidays that year. On suggestion of two CIA graduates, a page was set up. It will always be a labor of love because my heart feels good when I see people enjoy it. Credit for the name Challah on the Hudson goes to my husband, Jeremy, who insisted this sentence be added.)
