As many of you know I am building out a brick-and-mortar bagel shop in Kingston, NY!

Construction is underway and things are moving along smoothly!

We have taken on equity investors and are still in the process of securing additional funding. We selected the Honeycomb platform because of how straightforward it is for both investors and businesses. The minimum investment is $100 and investors are paid back within 36 months at 13.5% interest.

Have you tried our egg sandwich yet?!

We griddle the bagels with butter, right now it’s green garlic butter. Then we fry the egg so it’s still runny and top it with american and cheddar & perfectly dressed greens! Add bacon if you want!
