Pistachio macarons have been our menu basically from our inception in 2018. Lovely, colorful, with sprinkled crushed pistachio on the tops and in the creamy filling.

Holiday Donuts!
Happy New Year, everyone. We’ve also changed our name to Hudson Macaron!
We have been busy filling New Years orders and have some macarons left. If you would like some last minute macarons, we have some available. Mixed packs 10/$19 or 15/$28. DM us if you’d like to order and we’ll give you our Venmo info.

Hey you. It's been a bit, I know. We are on vacation this week, returning next week. I've slowed down a bit since taking my new job and adjusting but I plan to pick things up again more in time. You may be able to guess where we are. Anyway, take time out and enjoy yourselves and your family and those close to you. Tomorrow is never guaranteed. Back to macaroni posts next week. ✌🏽⛱️☀️

Happy Easter, everyone! Hope you're all enjoying some family time or at least having a day with those closest to you. If you're a regular follower of us here, you'll know we've been pretty quiet for the last month. I chose to use this time to spend more with family and wind down a bit. Also I got a new (primary) job! Anyway, we'll start winding back up with the business soon. Here are some macarons I made for this Easter.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! I celebrated it more when I was in college than now, but still fun for the kids. Here’s some of the macarons we made this year, Shamrock Shake, with a vanilla mint cream, and Clovers (which was actually unreleased but still great), a milk chocolate and mint macaron.
