We’ve filled our little freezers with ice cream sandwiches to get maximum enjoyment out of late spring hot spells. Keep an eye out for strawberry crumble (reminiscent of a good humor strawberry bar) and black cocoa cookie dough sandwiches filled with chocolate gelato and a full roll in sprinkles.

We’re trying out something new with our oat bars- they’re filled with cranberry pie filling now instead of raspberry jam. Very not sweet, a bit more tart, same amount of salty and buttery. If it’s preferred by regulars it’ll probably stay this way. ♥️

I love not only for their excellent popcorn and stellar community standing, but also for their boxes that we often repurpose for transporting wedding cakes (100% perfect size and sturdiness for a two tier!) and shipping out big orders of cookies. Waste not, want not. :)

Our bakery case will be filled with some fun stuff this weekend- keep an eye out for lemon shortbread medallions in raspberry white chocolate with a pansy pressed in, rhubarb vanilla pound cake loaves injected with rhubarb jam, and yogurt cakes with rose and lemon glazes. Much more beyond that, too.
