Good morning! Happy Monday! Let me introduce you to this yummy pumpkin treat! Yesterday I made my family a pumpkin streusel cake! This cake is soft and moist, has a wonderful layer of cream cheese filling over it and then topped off with a cinnamon streusel. The soft sponge of the cake, the creaminess of the filling and the crunch of the streusel make this cake a 10/10! It was wonderful with a coffee last night. I’m fighting the urge to enjoy another piece this morning! 😊

Happy Sunday!! For most of us hopefully!! 😉
It seems there’s a couple negative Nellies out there though so I thought I’d help them out.
A couple ladies popped on one of my posts and were unclear if the food I was showing was actually what they’d get if they ordered… I guess the reviews, comments and pictures that are obviously mine weren’t enough. And they couldn’t message me privately, they had to make long comments about why they won’t order. But that’s ok! Here’s a cookie! 🍪

These are a great treat to share, to store in the fridge and enjoy over a week. To eat warmed up or top off with ice cream! Available with any fruits. Price varies on fruit choice.
Do you know the difference? Crisp is made with oatmeal, cobbler is a biscuit cake like top and crumble is a crumbly pie topping.
