Supporting a small microbakery like Piping and Batter means the world to me and my family. From the cinnamon rolls and croissants to the sourdough breads and sweet treats… you all showed up in such a big way this weekend.

I’m so sorry, I completely dropped the ball this week. I genuinely thought I had already posted the menu and somehow totally missed it 😅

This will also be the last bakery cart weekend for a few weeks because we’re heading to Japan for a 2-week vacation ✈️🇯🇵

🌿 I’ll be just down the road at Ruby Moon this Saturday 🌿

Piping and Batter will be on site Saturday morning only as part of the Ruby Moon Spring Plant Sale, a thoughtfully curated event centered around seasonal plants, flowers, and local small businesses.

I’ve been invited by Ruby Moon Flower Farm to provide fresh baked goods for guests, and I’m honored to be part of this beautiful collaboration alongside The Coffee Club and Ashton Accents.

Come spend the morning browsing and shopping stunning ranunculus, poppies, garden starts, herbs, and more while enjoying handcrafted pastries, sourdough breads, and sweet treats made from scratch. The Coffee Club will be serving drinks to complete the experience.

I’m honestly still sitting here like… what just happened?! You guys showed UP and I am so beyond grateful I don’t even have the words.

Every single purchase, share, and message means everything to me. This little bakery cart is something I’ve built with so much love, and seeing it supported like this… just wow.

Reminder:
Everything I bake is made in small batches and slow fermented using sourdough, unless otherwise noted.
Slow fermentation creates incredible flavor, better texture, and is often easier to digest.
