I’ve been a little obsessed with all things Dubai chocolate lately… so naturally, we had to turn it into a croissant. 💚✨🥐

Flaky, buttery layers stuffed with pistachio cream + crispy kataifi, finished with rich chocolate and a little extra pistachio crunch.

We took the campfire classic and made it PIE. 😏

What a day! I'm all about sharing milestones, and today was a big one - we baked a record 641 sourdough loaves! Thanks to our new oven Freya, we're no longer limited by oven space. Had an absolute blast baking all morning, but I won't lie, it kicked my butt a bit 😂

Things are happening! We are finally about to use this baby for all our sourdough production! Today was test one and it went pretty well. Gonna make a few adjustments and try again tomorrow. If all goes well we can move production next week!
