We specialize in naturally leavened San Francisco Sourdough, as well as pies, and croissants. We are a Fort Collins based bakery, bringing you top-notch Artisan baked goods to share with your family and friends. We specialize in naturally leavened San Francisco style Sourdough, as well as European bread and American soft bread. All our bread is made fresh by our family daily, so you can be sure that the bread you take home will be fresh out of the oven to your table. We also make a variety of fruit pies, cheesecakes, pot pies, & cookies. All our baked goods are made with love and with the simplest ingredients. So when we heard about a $60 rye loaf in NYC, we thought… let’s bring it back to its roots.

Our 100% rye sourdough starts with Elbon rye grown by JC Farm And Greenhouses in Colorado’s San Luis Valley for the Rye Resurgence Project, then milled in Boulder by Dry Storage Mill. As part of Colorado Grain Chain, we’re proud to bring that local story to your table.

Naturally fermented. Deeply flavorful. Finished with a beautifully cracked crust.

This bare cake features chocolate fudge cake with vanilla buttercream frosting, beautifully decorated with wood flowers.
