The jars come into 30 Oz jars and they are perfect for a 9" pie.

Victoria rhubarb jam is very particular, as it is not as sweet as the more common ones and is perfect to accompany many types of cheese, from the freshest and sweetest to the seasoned ones.

Merry Christmas to all of you. In Italy these Holidays we usually make almonds Cantuccini (🍪) either to give them to 🎅 either for enjoying them with a nice Moscato or sweet wine or liquor.

We were thinking to make Wine Marmalades and/or Jams and/or Jelly (reductions as we call them).
Their best consumption is with a platter of cheeses, on a warm slice of bread, or on vegetables (especially celery, carrots and cucumber, raw).
For the first marmalades we were thinking of White Moscato and Red Valpolicella, but we are open to suggestions.

For orders of the previous day, we bake in the morning and delivery between 11AM to 4PM on a first come first served basis (within Wellington and Northern FoCo). Average weight of one piece is around 14 to 15 Oz, we can also bake custom weights and shapes.

Just came out from the oven, after 48hrs of preparations and already sold out!
Panettone time, one with a "dove" shape and the classical one!
Dove shape panettone is with an almond based dough and after taste, classic Panettone is with raisins and candied fruit.
