Belongs in a museum, but we put it in the pastry case instead. 🧑‍🎨🍏 We thought our new Brown Butter Apple Tart with Caramel Mousse was so stunning that it deserved to be immortalized as a classical still-life painting. It features a crisp golden shell, a lush dome of mousse, and beautifully piped cream, all finished with a heavy drizzle of rich caramel. We are constantly creating an expanding lineup of fresh baked goods, like our brand-new, layered Pumpkin Panna Cotta generously topped with cranberries, almonds, and streusel. We are also making sure to roll out exciting gluten-free and vegan options so there is something sweet for all of Fort Collins to enjoy.
