Looking forward to seeing you all at the first Larimer County Farmers’ Market of the season tomorrow! This market takes place downtown off of Oak Street from 9-1. We absolutely LOVE this market!!

🎉Also, the Larimer County Farmers’ Market is celebrating 50 years in business! It is run by incredible staff & volunteers who make this event possible, and after 50 years, a total success!! Calling all Hoosiers!! We got Sugar Cream in the shop this week! This pie was born in Indiana as a “desperation dessert” in the 1800s, when fresh fruit was scarce and eggs weren’t easy to come by. In the dreary winter months, innovative home cooks turned to the basics: sugar, cream, flour, and created one delicious pie! It kind of tastes like vanilla ice cream custard… in a crust!
