Made an almost perfect 12 rings Kransekake for a special occasion in Boulder, CO today.

Our living room has always had a lot of Scandinavian style, now it’s even more! These two trunks are my Great Grandparents. The bottom one was my Great Grandfather Elias Johan Hjelle’s. He brought it from Norway when he immigrated to USA. The trunks hold most of my Norway Porsgrund wildflowers and other tea set.
